Shipping & Returns
We will do our utmost to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hrs.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to refund/exchange your item within 60 days of receipt, providing all labels, swing tickets etc. are attached. The Tri Pod will NOT pay the return costs incurred by the customer. If you wish to exchange an item we will pay the cost of shipping on the replacement product only. Refunds will be given for the cost of the items only and will not include the original shipping charge. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. Please quote your order and return numbers on all returns.
PLEASE NOTE: Only items purchased directly from The Tri Pod website with proof of order confirmation can be exchanged/refunded by The Tri Pod, items not purchased directly from our website must contact point of purchase.
